Based in Kansas City, Missouri, Brent Lambi oversees wide-ranging real estate transactions focused on multi-family and commercial holdings. In one representative deal in 2007, he acquired the Katz Building from three families (through three transactions) for $300,000. He sold the same property four years later for more than double the purchase price. Brent Lambi also opportunistically purchased 13 partially developed areas in Hollister, Missouri, from Bank of the Ozarks, that were associated with a failed 240-unit development.
Mr. Lambi’s recent endeavors include planning the Crestview Park Giving Grove on behalf of Kansas City Community Gardens, where he helped navigate complex zoning and approval issues. He has an extensive background in service projects that enhance local residents’ quality of life and has earned recognitions such as the Ivanhoe Neighborhood Presidents Award and the Missouri State Patrol Citizen of the Year Award.
Mr. Lambi’s professional experience includes working as a Certified Public Accountant in the 1980s, delivering solutions that ranged from tax planning and financial analysis to compliance-focused audits. He is a past volunteer with the American Civil Liberties Union.
